"Healthy spine" workshop consists of 12 exercises in a proper sequence, based on the ancient form of qigong for the spine Xing Shen Zhuang. During the workshop you will learn 12 exercises under the personal supervision of an experienced trainer and practitioner. These exercises open and release the spine through a series of gentle movements. Regular practice of these exercises has been known to help with the most common issues related to the spine - osteochondrosis, scoliosis, hernias, vertebral displacement, back pain, etc. as well as to strengthen internal organs and to make you more energetic in your everyday life. Special physical training is not required. Exercises can be done at any age.
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Julia Voevodina, a teacher of wellness practices has been conducting group classes and individual lessons since 2011. She studied with Anna Vladimirova (Moscow, Wu Ming Dao School of Wellness Practices), Rosaria Catania in Italy in Sicily (direct student and disciple of Wang Ting Jun Master), Irina Abramova (Moscow, student of Wang Ting Jun and David Verdesi Masters) and Van Liping (China). She is constantly improving her practice.
