Tree Of Life Center Policies
We ask for a minimum 24-hr advance notice for rescheduling/cancelling appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason please let us know at least 1 business day prior to your appointment in order to avoid paying the scheduled appointment fee.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illness. Clients are not required to pay a cancellation fee with a valid medical note.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
We do not accept Insurance. Please call us for more information.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
